General Information

Currently we only offer adult  sizes. Most of our products fit true to size but for some of our women's products we suggest ordering a size up or going with a Unisex alternative. Please see our sizing chart for exact size information. There is approximately a 1 inch variance that can be experienced from what is expressed in the chart. We want to make sure you're happy with your order so please let us know if your products don't match our size chart within reason.

We don’t mean to brag, but our All-Stars have been known to take care of business quicker than the strum of your Uke. And while our response times may vary based on volume, you can count on hearing back within one business day!

Here at Ukulele Tees, we are teeming with extraordinary stories to share, and our resources are dedicated to working through our list. While we would love to help you tell your story with a custom item, unfortunately our resources currently prevent us from doing so.

Shipping & Returns

In the US we offer flat rate shipping tiers based on the weight of your order. The majority of orders in the US will have a shipping cost of $5.00.

For Canada, Europe and Australia we use live shipping rates based upon where you live.

Add an item to your cart with your address and a shipping quote will be created at checkout.

International Orders and Customs

Usually our packages sail through customs, but sometimes they can get hung up at the border. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how long a package stays in customs, but typically we see orders released within a week for delivery. Reasons for this delay vary, but often further inspection of the package is required and/or an import fee needs to be assessed.

Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to additional import taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country in order to release the package. Because charges for customs clearance differ greatly from country to country (we’ve seen them as low as $4 CAD and as high as £15 GBP), we unfortunately are not able to predict what those costs will be. These fees are separate from (and not dependent on) the U.S. Postal Service shipping fees paid to Ukuleletees to mail your order. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs charges levied by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country: We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

All of our products are printed to order, meaning we don’t keep an inventory of every SKU available. Typically it will take about 2-5 business days or less for orders to print before leaving our production facility. In total you should expect about 10 days to receive your order but if you need your shirts for a special occasion we suggest allowing at least two weeks in case there are any delays.

The U.S. Postal Service provides a tracking number. When we print your shipping label, you will receive an email with the tracking number and you can track your package here:

Please note that for most international orders, the U.S. Postal Service does not track packages beyond the US border and tracking may cease to update once it moves out of the country. For more details, please check out our Shipping & Returns page

If you don’t receive this in a reasonable time frame please contact us.

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when your order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 30 days of when your order was received. Please check out our returns and exchange policy.

Typically we only accept returns for store credit however we want to make sure you are happy with our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please let us know and we will be happy to get you a replacement.
